UVT Series - Infinite Stroke Ball Spline

UVT Series is the standard infinite-stroke ball spline of UVT Transmission, designed for applications that require both high-precision linear motion and reliable torque transmission along the full shaft length. The outer cylinder carries 4-point contact balls running in ground spline grooves, delivering high rigidity, low friction and long service life.

Key features:

• Infinite stroke design - linear motion along the whole shaft with torque transmission at any position

• 4-point contact ball arrangement for high rigidity and load capacity

• Ground spline shaft with stable accuracy classes (recommended clearance, normal clearance)

• Available in a wide range of shaft diameters to match mainstream models

• Optional shaft end machining and special materials

Typical applications: pick-and-place units, gantry robots, semiconductor equipment, automated assembly lines, transfer mechanisms and any compact linear motion system requiring anti-rotation torque.
