UNS Series is UVT's non-standard ball spline program, covering custom dimensions and configurations beyond standard catalogs. UVT specializes in tailor-made ball splines - custom shaft diameters, strokes, flange interfaces, materials and surface treatments - for unique machine designs and upgrade projects.

Key features:

• Custom shaft diameter, length and stroke per your design

• Custom flange type and mounting interface

• Special materials including stainless steel for clean-room use

• Surface treatments: PVD, DLC, black oxide, anti-rust

• Rapid prototyping with 2-3 weeks prototype delivery
